Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using NeatClick, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Purchase and license
A NeatClick purchase grants you a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use eligible versions of the application on up to two Macs for personal or internal business purposes. The purchase includes versions released during the first year after purchase. It is not a subscription; access to eligible versions does not expire. Price and promotional terms shown at checkout apply to that order.
Your files and outputs
You retain your rights in the files you process and the outputs NeatClick creates from them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, modify, convert, copy, or share the files you select.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse NeatClick, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical protections, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be restricted, including rights concerning interoperability or security research where applicable.
Local processing and backups
NeatClick processes files locally and is designed to preserve originals while creating new outputs. You remain responsible for maintaining suitable backups and reviewing results before replacing, publishing, or relying on them.
Third-party software and services
NeatClick may include open-source components governed by their own licenses. Distribution platforms, website hosts, and download providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Updates and availability
Features, compatibility, and availability may change over time. NeatClick may provide updates, fixes, or new versions, but does not promise that every feature will remain available or work with every file, format, device, or future macOS release.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, NeatClick is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NeatClick and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of the application or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
Your license ends if you materially breach these terms. When it ends, you must stop using and remove NeatClick. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as NeatClick evolves. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
