Frequently asked questions
Where is my license key?
It appears on the purchase confirmation page and is also sent to the email address used at Stripe Checkout. If it does not arrive, contact support from that email address.
Can I download NeatClick again?
Yes. Use the Download link at the top of this website to get the latest release, then activate it with your existing license key.
How many Macs can I activate?
One license can be active on two Macs at a time. Open NeatClick settings and deactivate a Mac before moving that activation to another computer.
Does my license expire?
No. Your license is perpetual for eligible versions. It includes every NeatClick version released during the first year after purchase; you can keep using those versions afterward.
Where does NeatClick process my files?
On your Mac. File contents, names, paths, and metadata are not uploaded to NeatClick.
Why is an action missing from the menu?
NeatClick only shows actions that match the selected file type and selection. Some developer tools must also be enabled in NeatClick settings, and AVIF depends on encoder support available on your Mac.
Where are finished files saved?
By default, NeatClick saves new files beside the source. You can choose a custom output folder in settings. Existing files are preserved and naming collisions receive a numbered filename.
Which version of macOS is required?
Version 1.2 · Requires macOS 14 or later.
